In addition to the two IFK Österåker FK teams, 7 other teams played in P2006-Svår/Extra Svår. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Österåker FK Vit could be found in Group 2 together with FC Djursholm A, Tullinge TP FK and Barkarö SK Röd.
IFK Österåker FK Vit continued to Slutspel after reaching 3:rd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Årsta FF with 1-4. In the Final, Barkarö SK Röd won over Årsta FF and became the winner of Slutspel in P2006-Svår/Extra Svår. IFK Österåker FK also participated in P06-Lätt/Medel during Vintercupen 2019.
