IFK Aspudden-Tellus was one of 45 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Vintercupen 2020. They participated with one team in P2006-Lätt/Medel.

In addition to IFK Aspudden-Tellus, 9 other teams played in P2006-Lätt/Medel. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Aspudden-Tellus Röd could be found in Group 2 together with Ekerö IK 1, Enebybergs IF 2, FC Djursholm B and Bagarmossen Kärrtorp 2.

IFK Aspudden-Tellus Röd made it to Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Ekerö IK 1, which they won with 1-0. Thereby IFK Aspudden-Tellus Röd won the entire Slutspel in P2006-Lätt/Medel during Vintercupen 2020.

IFK Aspudden-Tellus also participated in P06-Lätt/Medel during Vintercupen 2019. They reached the 1/8 Final in P06-L/M Slutspel, but lost it against Bagarmossen Kärrtorp BK Grön 1 with 2-5.

IFK Aspudden-Tellus comes from HÄGERSTEN which lies approximately 13 km from Djursholm, where Vintercupen takes place. The area around HÄGERSTEN does also provide 43 additional clubs participating during Vintercupen 2020 (Among others: Sickla IF, Örby IS, Enebybergs IF, Råsunda IS, IF Brommapojkarna, Årsta FF, Norrtulls SK, Gröndals IK, Vasastan BK and Karlbergs BK).
